Nahra Commercial Center features a new take on mixed use buildings. With retail shops on the ground floor, and offices on the upper floors, the concept of the building favors a circulation space cutting the entire middle of the building from side to side, accessible from both sides and articulates the space with a transparent wedge that allows the light to penetrate the building. The floors plans are flexible, allowing the use of single unit lease or a combination of units that will allow the merge of space according to the needs of the client. The project is currently in the bidding phase after all permits have been received.
